What does the law do?

Who is protected?

The law protects all food and grocery donors including indivuals, corporations, partnerships, associations, government entities, wholesalers, manufacturers, retailers, farmers, gleaners, and non-profit feeding program administrators acting in good faith. While exceptions are made for gross negligence, the law states that test groups will not be liable.
